This is not a traditional role. We seek someone who doesn’t just create content—but who **is the face of the brand**. You’ll be on camera, telling stories, showcasing experiences, and connecting authentically. Therefore, it’s essential that you are a **parent**, to genuinely understand the audience and build relevant content from lived experience. If you love creating, communicating, and possess a strategic perspective on content, this role is for you. **What You’ll Do:** * **Content Creation & Production:** You’ll ideate, script, film, and edit audiovisual content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) aligned with brand identity. You’ll operate with technical and creative autonomy, proposing ideas that resonate with the audience and adapt to platform speed. * **Content Management & Execution:** You’ll build and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate publishing. You’ll coordinate with the design team to integrate all assets into the calendar. * **Contextual Content \& Social Listening:** You’ll identify real-time trends, conversations, and opportunities. You’ll respond creatively and strategically to comments, messages, and mentions—always maintaining brand voice. * **Community Management \& CAC Engagement:** You’ll serve as the first point of contact for the community. You’ll route technical inquiries to the appropriate team, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. You’ll monitor conversation “temperature,” anticipating potential crises and managing them judiciously. * **Real-Time Coverage:** You’ll generate live content for brand events, activations, or internal initiatives. You’ll capture key moments and transform them into relevant social media assets. * **Analysis & Optimization:** You’ll measure content and campaign performance using analytical tools. You’ll translate metrics into learnings and concrete actions to optimize performance and engagement. **Who You Are:** * You have advanced proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut or similar) and know how to produce agile, high-impact content. * You possess creative judgment and storytelling ability: you write, script, and conceptualize content that connects without losing brand tone. * You’re proficient with scheduling and monitoring tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout, or others). * You understand the technical side: lighting, audio, and smartphone usage for high-quality content production. * You’re data\-driven: you can read metrics, identify what’s working, and adjust accordingly.
