




Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee internal processes, customer service, and personnel, leading and delivering practical solutions for event production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Involvement in the creative process and event setup Encore is a prominent event production company specializing in in-person, hybrid, and virtual events within the hospitality sector or any venue across Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The Project Manager must demonstrate immediate responsiveness to internal processes, customer service, and effective personnel management (10–20 people), leadership, stress control, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to departmental issues. **Responsibilities:** Understand internal area processes related to timeline, show floor, and production. Manage events (spectacles) and customer interactions. Establish and properly manage setup timelines. Participate in the creative process, set design, motion graphics, and event setup. Effectively manage errors, expectations, and provide effective solutions to clients. Understand client expectations for their event through in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings to identify specific requirements for the requested event. Organize and conduct rehearsals for upcoming events. **Requirements:** 2 years of specialized experience in scenography, design, rigging, video, audio, and lighting.
