Position Summary: Basvec is seeking a Civil Construction Resident to supervise project execution, coordinate personnel, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of effective communication with team members and clients. !!Basvec is looking for talent such as: **"Civil Construction Resident"** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Prior experience supervising construction projects, preferably for banks or Walmart. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to make quick decisions and resolve problems effectively. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, according to project requirements. * Age: 25 to 35 years old * Valid driver’s license * AUTOCAD 2D, NEODATA or OPUS, and OFFICE suite ***Responsibilities:*** * Supervise project execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate and supervise construction personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe workflow. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with established standards. * Manage cost control and project budgeting, identifying potential deviations and proposing solutions to maintain profitability. * Resolve problems and conflicts arising during project execution. * Maintain effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and client satisfaction. * Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations at the worksite. * AUTOCAD 2D, NEODATA or OPUS, and OFFICE suite **Benefits:** * Monthly salary of MXN 16,000 to MXN 18,000 * Statutory benefits from day one. * IMSS registration from day one. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Bi-weekly payments.
