Cuautitlan Izcalli México Sales, Customer Service, and Origination **External Job Description** GENERAL PURPOSE Ensure monthly sales coverage by fully covering designated sales territories and maintaining up-to-date records of assigned customers within the territory, with excellence in execution and service. Complete the sales process, acquire new customers, and reactivate inactive customers. HR: Monitor employee performance management, provide training on values and ethics. RESPONSIBILITIES Visit all customers assigned to the territory. Cover active customers. Perform daily transactions. Expand the base of purchasing customers. Reduce the inactive customer indicator. Understand the commercial segment to provide market variant information that helps anticipate commercial actions. Submit weekly competitive reports. Submit price reports. Enhance brand positioning at points of sale. Execute the visibility plan (Perfect Store). REQUIREMENTS **MUST RESIDE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUAUTITLAN, STATE OF MEXICO** Minimum required: 1 year of experience in route sales or horizontal distribution. Must be over 18 years of age. Customer service orientation. Experience conducting foot patrols. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. Strong negotiation skills. Basic mobile phone usage. Ability to read sales polygons. Knowledge of local territory. Route planning and zone coverage. Knowledge of route maps. Mobile phone equipment. CRM Salesforce. Use of My Maps (Google).
