We seek an operational architect capable of honoring this covenant of trust each morning. **Your Mission** Your goal is to elevate the current operation—led by a team with deep empirical knowledge—into a model of **scalable, data-driven excellence**. * **Institutionalize the Model:** Standardize and improve the operational model across fleets, routes, and field execution—shifting from reactive execution to repeatable, scalable execution. * **Risk and Safety Control:** Own incident prevention and risk management, ensuring safety is a system—not an individual heroic effort. * **Field Team Leadership:** Lead supervisors and roles such as the Operations Coordinator (Hurtado) with clarity—establishing performance standards and eliminating single points of failure. * **Technology and AI Adoption:** Drive adoption of tools (TMS, telematics, and AI) that simplify work and improve decision-making. * **Financial Discipline:** Manage operational cost structures and asset utilization to ensure sustainable growth. **Who Are You?** * **Direct Experience:** Proven track record in **Traditional Channel** logistics. * **"Hands\-on" Profile:** Someone who "joins the battle", coming from fast-growing companies—capable of creating order in low-structure environments without slowing down the business. * **Control-Oriented Mindset:** We understand that **control and discipline** must be established before pursuing advanced optimization. **Availability:** 100% on-site (3 days at Observatorio starting at 5:30 AM to stabilize execution; 2 days at Polanco for strategic alignment).
