Job objective Maximize sales probability in pharmacies by implementing marketing strategies jointly with the sales force. Responsibilities: * Train pharmacy staff to ensure product differentiation from competitors (protecting prescriptions). * Follow up on continuing medical education talks held at pharmacies and companies through health campaigns targeted at employees and patients. * Ensure implementation of agreed-upon space or promotional contracts with corporate. * Collect inventory and movement data to optimize distribution and stock levels. * Identify key point-of-sale stakeholders to build trust-based business relationships. Duties: * **Cover key pharmacies in CDMX:** Venustiano Carranza, Cuauhtémoc, Iztacalco, Nezahualcóyotl, Chimalhuacán, La Paz, Texcoco, Ixtapaluca * Maintain constant communication and coordination with all involved departments (Marketing, Sales, Key Account Executives, Medical Affairs, Training) * Maintain a structured work plan. * Properly manage campaign support materials and work tools. Requirements: * Recent graduate from any academic discipline; degree holder. * Valid driver’s license with experience driving standard vehicles. * Effective communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Strong capacity for learning. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
