Provide assistance and support to all passengers, delivering service throughout their boarding, aircraft boarding, and disembarkation. **Your Responsibilities:**
Assistance and Appearance* Report punctually for assigned duties.
* Request assignments from your supervisor.
* Coordinate and assist with the transportation of equipment and paperwork.
Flight Documentation and Information Review* Verify boarding gate assignments, first-class vouchers, and any other supplementary information provided by your supervisor or airline representative.
* Listen attentively to the pre-flight briefing.
Counter Opening* Arrive at counters according to the time required by the customer prior to aircraft arrival.
* Ensure counters are clean and ready to begin check-in.
* Confirm availability of necessary paperwork to initiate check-in.
* Where applicable, place airline- and aviation authority-mandated notices and/or information at the counter.
Check-in* Review passenger documentation in accordance with airline policies.
* Assign seats using automated or manual systems.
* Weigh baggage and, if excess is detected, apply the airline’s applicable baggage fee procedure.
* Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
* Execute the entire check-in process efficiently.
Ticketing* Collect payments for tickets, excess baggage, and other applicable airline fees.
* Safeguard funds resulting from ticket sales and other applicable airline-related collections.
Disembarkation* Verify availability of disembarkation belt information and details regarding passengers with special needs before proceeding to the final waiting area.
* Coordinate delivery of wheelchairs, trolleys, and other passenger-owned items traveling in the bulk compartment.
* Announce completion of disembarkation via radio.
Boarding* Verify availability of required customer- and company-specified paperwork and equipment for boarding.
* Initiate boarding at the time specified by the customer, making applicable announcements.
* Apply applicable security procedures.
* Keep relevant stakeholders informed regarding boarding closure progress and other pertinent information.
Flight Closure* Close the flight within the timeframe established by the customer.
* Notify lounge staff of any last-minute passengers.
* Apply security procedures for passengers who fail to board.
* Generate applicable reports and documentation for submission to the supervisor or airline representative.
Assistance to Passengers with Special Needs **Your Profile*** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in passenger service or customer service.
* Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
* Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift schedules.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and service-oriented attitude.
