




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage, supervise, and ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of payroll processes, providing client service and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the complete payroll cycle and IMSS, SUA transactions 2. Supervise the payroll team and collaborate with HR for continuous improvements 3. Provide service to executive clients and manage multiple tasks We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, as well as providing client service and follow-up. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete payroll cycle * IMSS transactions, reconciliations, and accumulations. * SUA statements and reconciliations. * Supervise the payroll team * Collaborate with the human resources team for continuous improvements. * Client service (executives) **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience managing payrolls with various frequencies * Proficiency in Excel, SUA, IDSE, ERP. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Client-facing experience **Benefits:** * Gross salary of $18,000. * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, on-site.
