We are seeking a Human Capital Assistant with basic experience in recruitment processes, training, personnel administration, and support in workplace climate. This position is ideal for someone with an administrative focus, organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the area.
Main Responsibilities (Entry Level)
Recruitment and Selection
* Posting job openings and screening resumes.
* Scheduling interviews and administering basic assessments.
* Assisting in profile development and vacancy tracking.
Onboarding and Induction
* Preparing onboarding documentation and employee files.
* Supporting induction and welcoming new employees.
Personnel Administration
* Updating files, lists, databases, and forms.
* Managing vacations, permissions, attendance, and incidents.
* Assisting in data entry or coordination of information for payroll.
Training
* Supporting identification of training needs.
* Scheduling courses, managing participant lists, certificates, and reports.
* Following up on evaluations and satisfaction surveys.
Climate and Culture
* Basic organization of birthdays, internal events, and team-building activities.
* Conducting surveys and supporting integration activities.
Regulatory Compliance and Safety
* Assisting with documentation and follow-up on NOMs (035, 037 and STPS).
* Preparing forms, reports, and checklists.
Requirements
* 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and personnel documentation.
* Basic Excel skills and file organization.
* Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
