Foster effective communication and human-centered leadership A company dedicated to the marketing of haberdashery and millinery products is seeking: Operations Manager The responsibilities include the following: Ensure a minimum inventory accuracy of 95% across both branches. 2. Develop, analyze, and publish monthly KPIs for key departments. 3. Lead teams while promoting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. 4. Manage suppliers and verify delivery notes prior to payments. 5. Administer the petty cash fund in CDMX with control and transparency. 6. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System. 7. Standardize operational processes across branches. 8. Drive professional development of direct reports. 9.
