Join our team and experience significant expansion and new challenges. We are looking for an INJECTION SUPERVISOR/TECHNICIAN. REQUIREMENTS: \* 30 years of age or older \* Minimum 3 years of operational experience \* Technical degree in Plastics or in Injection Processes \* Proficiency in plastic injection processes and operation of YIZUMI, HAITIAN, and ARBUG injection molding machines \* Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night \* Essential knowledge of robot programming for injection molding machines PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and verify machine parameters. \* Identify and correct machine malfunctions. \* Program machines for startup and adjust processes. \* Ensure equipment produces within quality parameters and meets established standard production times. \* Perform necessary process adjustments to correct quality defects. \* Execute and fulfill the production schedule on time and as planned. \* Verify and control raw material supplies to maintain continuous and stable production.
