Job Summary: Tecnosinergia is seeking an International Procurement Executive to execute product procurement processes and coordinate with logistics, with a focus on tracking and analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in executing the international procurement process. 2. Interdepartmental collaboration and coordination with sales executives. 3. Stock-out/risk analysis and shipment monitoring. Tecnosinergia is a 100% Mexican company, wholesale distributor of infrastructure, security, and telecommunications solutions. Due to expansion, we are seeking an International Procurement Executive to join our team. International Procurement Executive We Offer:  Attractive salary (paid biweekly). Statutory benefits from day one. Annual salary adjustments. Ongoing training. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, Commercial Relations, or related field. Proficiency in international procurement processes. Office software proficiency; intermediate Excel is mandatory. ERP system experience. English language proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced). Mandarin language proficiency (desirable). Responsibilities: Execute the procurement process for product acquisition. Collect required documents for the procurement process. Immediate updates in NetSuite as determined by follow-up on each purchase. Accurate tracking and dates for purchase orders (POs) in NetSuite. Interdepartmental service support. Handling SPs’ requests, delivery time inquiries, and assertive communication with sales executives. Stock-out/risk analysis. Monitoring and coordination with Logistics to consolidate shipments. Identify and propose corrective actions. Execute emergency purchases triggered by stock-out/risk situations. Issue and send PO, SC, and SAP reports with updated status. Weekly review with Logistics to verify details and consolidate the final report for Management. Issue weekly procurement POs as requested by Management. Review with Logistics to assemble shipments.
