Job Summary: We are seeking talent with experience in technical support or help desk roles for system installation, user training, and hardware and software maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for talent with experience as Technical Support or Help Desk General Requirements: Age: 20 to 43 years old Education Level: Intern, graduate, or incomplete degree; Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Technical degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems, or related field. Work Modality: On-site Willingness to travel Work Location: CDMX Juárez neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc borough Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with shift rotation option Salary: $10,500 net monthly Minimum 1 year of experience: • System installation and end-user training. • Windows operating system • RJ45 crimping • Network installation • Structured cabling • Rack crimping • Microsoft tools • SQL database engine installation and configuration • Hard drive installation • SSD and M2 • Server migration • Corrective and preventive maintenance • Hardware and software support • Image creation • Recovery disks Desirable Experience in: • Help Desk / Service Desk support • First-level remote and on-site technical support. • User assistance • Remote connection tools • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, inventory, banking, and daily accounting journal entries.
