Job Summary: Coordination of collection and route scheduling for special waste, managing suppliers and ensuring operational logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics coordination for collection and route scheduling 2. Supplier management and tracking of raw material information 3. Administrative functions in handling special waste Monthly Salary: 12,000 FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Identify the available vehicle fleet 2. The collection frequency requested by suppliers of Special Handling Waste (dust, strip, scrap, and tires). 3. The request from Vitalizadora el Triunfo for scheduling tire pile collections. 4. Weekly scheduling of finished product deliveries from Revan and Vit. El Triunfo. (Sent every weekend) 5. Requests from Production and/or Warehouse to dispatch materials to final disposal sites (e.g., Asistencia Ambiental and Cementos Fortaleza). 6. Confirmation calls, which indicate the actual presence of material available for collection. Important: To review the collection frequency requested by suppliers of Special Handling Waste (dust, strip, tires), refer to the file titled 'Dust Suppliers Directory'. 7. Notify route scheduling in writing daily via the 'Route Sheet' to van and trailer operators so they can carry out their routes. (ADMINISTRATIVE) 1. Identify the Special Handling Waste we collect: scrapings, strips, tire scraps, and tires. Know the national raw material suppliers we serve, including their locations, collection frequencies, purchase prices, and other supplier-related information necessary for service and collection scheduling, as recorded in the Raw Material Suppliers Directory. 3. Transmit to the Purchasing Department via email any contact information provided by suppliers or updates they notify regarding their information. 4. Visit raw material suppliers when requested.
