Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to strengthen operational/administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement within a restaurant company operating 73 locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. GPS-based unit monitoring to ensure route compliance. 2. Collaboration with various departments to meet operational specifications. 3. Review and verification of activities at business units. Rosticería Molinos is a Mexican company founded in 1986, operating in the restaurant, rotisserie, and tortilla sectors, with a presence across 73 locations. We are currently seeking a Monitoring Operator to strengthen operational/administrative processes and contribute to the company’s continuous operational improvement. MONITORING OPERATOR Age: 26 to 40 years old. Education: High school diploma (in progress or completed). Knowledge: • Basic computer skills and internet usage • Thorough knowledge of Mexico City traffic regulations • Experience in satellite tracking (GPS) of transport units • CCTV system operation Responsibilities: • Reporting incidents related to arrival at destination • GPS-based monitoring of units to prevent route deviations, unauthorized stops, etc. • Coordination and teamwork with all departments to fulfill specifications. • Reviewing and verifying work activities at business units.
