KNOWLEDGE: * Microsoft Office suite; Excel proficiency (ADVANCED level mandatory) * Digital media handling * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role * Experience with any ERP system REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of inventory costing * Inventory costing systems * Experience in warehouse management and various inventory control methods. * Expertise in cyclic and general inventory planning * Inventory physical count management and proficiency PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE INVENTORY POSITION: * Review and ensure stock levels per store * Create and implement formats (e.g., store replenishment) * Monitor product stock levels in inventory * Develop replenishment orders to various warehouses * Verify materials against replenishment orders * Record entries into the ERP system * Assign lot numbers per item * Schedule itineraries / request travel allowances * Generate inventory reports * Quantify and adjust inventory records in the system * Execute transfer movements due to pickups / extraordinary orders * Convert roll-based materials into meters * Clarify inventory-related queries SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Team management * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Effective communication * Working under pressure WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Career growth * Additional benefits * Uniforms . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Knowledge: Replenishment, Inventory analysis, Statistical data analysis Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: analyst
