Position focused on accounting and administration ***SANBORNS VIADUCTO*** *is looking for:* **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of accounts payable, administration, and accounting Completed high school diploma, Technical Degree in Accounting or Administration Availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Main Responsibilities: • Supplier support • Process and generate documentation requested by consolidated suppliers, payment analysis, copies of checks and charges, portal access key. • Process authorization letters for IMRs lost by suppliers. • Generate files and reports for document release. • Send document files via email and deliver them physically to the disbursements department. • Process cancellation and reissuance of checks lost by suppliers. Request and process cancellation and reissuance of checks with preparation errors or incorrect endorsements. Receive checks canceled due to age from external locations and archive them for subsequent reissuance or cleanup. • Prepare payment requisitions for external checks and aged liabilities, sending authorized requisitions via email and filing the documentation. • Prepare stationery requisitions If you are interested in this vacancy, apply through this channel and we will contact you as soon as possible.
