We are seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our Bolichera 21 team located in the Juárez neighborhood. Candidates must be proactive and experienced working under pressure. Benefits: * Gross monthly salary of $11,041\.50 * Weekly tips * Biweekly payroll * 8-hour shifts * Staff meal service * Additional discounts of 10\-70% on select hotels, English courses, and more * Statutory benefits * Immediate hiring **Responsibilities:** * Perform mise en place and production for your entire station, including base recipes, chopping, sauces, and cooking. * Conduct inventory of your station and request supplies needed for production. * Manage and rotate your production items. * Accurately execute each dish according to the specified recipe. * Occasionally coordinate order flow with the rest of the team for dish execution when the head chef is occupied and/or engaged in other aforementioned tasks. * Oversee kitchen closing procedures, including general cleaning of the hot kitchen, door closure, hood shutdown, gas shutoff, and daily photo submission for closing verification. **Requirements:** * 1 year of relevant experience * Experience with sauté pans and deep fryers * Knife handling proficiency * Immediate availability * Flexibility to rotate shifts: 14:30\-22:30 and 15:00\-23:00\) * Valid official documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS, birth certificate) * 1 professional reference **Interested candidates, please apply now — we will send you a message.** Discrimination is strictly prohibited at this establishment.
