Job stability ***We are a leading company engaged in construction and retail stores, seeking talent for growth and development:*** **CONSTRUCTION SITE HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? * Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Prior experience in construction site personnel administration or with contractors (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and basic financial analysis skills. * Highly proactive individual with strong urgency awareness and problem-solving capabilities for unforeseen issues. SKILLS: * Daily attendance verification (with photographic evidence) and management of staff identification documentation. * Reconciliation of attendance lists versus weekly payroll, reporting of overtime hours, and handling payroll-related clarifications from employees. * Support in IMSS registration and cancellation processes, personnel file compilation, and compliance follow-up with regulatory bodies (STPS, Civil Protection, etc.). * Management of accommodations and transportation for out-of-town personnel. * Monitoring of petty cash expenses, verification of site supervisors’ expense reports, and reconciliation of project bank statements. * Vendor management.
