What profile are we seeking? **Academic Background and Experience:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree holder)**. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of verifiable experience** handling and calculating payroll. * **Key Skills:** Strong **attention to detail**, organizational skills, and affinity for analytical work. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Comprehensive payroll management:** Experience processing both **weekly** and **bi-weekly** payroll. * **Proficiency in institutional platforms:** Mandatory experience with **SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE**. * **Accurate calculations:** Solid experience preparing **final settlements** and liquidations. * *Desirable:* Experience in promotional agencies or companies with high personnel turnover.
