At **ISA Solutions**, we offer you the opportunity to join our team through SEDECO Hidalgo’s **"Transforming with Youth"** program. **Required Profile** * **Age:** 18–29 years (mandatory program requirement). * **Education:** Graduate of Technical High School or Engineering/TSU (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field). *Proof of graduation is mandatory.* * **Attitude:** Strong desire to learn a specialized technical trade. * **Skills:** Responsibility, punctuality, and focus on industrial safety. * **Experience:** Not required (prior internships in production areas will be viewed favorably). **We Offer** * **Monthly Financial Support:** $10,000\.00 (for graduates of higher education) or $9,000\.00 (for Technical High School graduates), paid directly through the SEDECO program. * **Specialized Training:** Hands-on technical training in high-precision manufacturing processes. * **Competency Certification:** Upon completion of the internship, you will possess verifiable experience at a certified company. * **Employment Opportunity:** After the 6-month term, subject to performance and available positions at the plant. **Location:** Pachuquilla, Mineral de la Reforma, Hidalgo. Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
