




Job Summary: You will provide technical support to end users for installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing of IT equipment, including hardware and software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive on-site technical support for IT equipment at customer locations. 2. Troubleshooting and repair of IT devices. 3. Installation and optimization of HW/SW networking products. **Work Location / Coverage:** Support for 3 assigned customer sites located in Vallejo, Tlalnepantla, and Colonia Nápoles. * You will interact with end users operating IT equipment. * You will provide support for activities related to installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing of computer-related products, including but not limited to desktops and laptops, printers, networking devices, standard software, and entry-level servers—both at customer sites and/or warehouse locations. * Assignments vary in complexity, ranging from basic troubleshooting and repair to more advanced device repairs—including PC/laptop reimaging and reloading, and installation and optimization of HW/SW networking products. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field; alternatively, a completed TSU (Technician Superior University) or technical vocational program. * 2\-3 years of experience supporting IT equipment. * Knowledge of operating systems and applications. * Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy) under SLA conditions. * Technical English proficiency. **Additional Skills:** * Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. * Experience handling end users. * Teamwork orientation. * Conflict management and resolution ability.
