Handling a high volume of simultaneous vacancies and follow-up **Job Objective** Manage nationwide mass recruitment processes for operational profiles in warehouses, ensuring timely and continuous vacancy coverage. **Hybrid Work Model** * Office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. * Remote work: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. * Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities** * Mass recruitment of operational profiles (warehouse, logistics, contract manufacturing, etc.) * Posting vacancies on job boards and social media * Active candidate attraction via Facebook, groups, and other digital platforms * Candidate screening and initial interviews * Candidate follow-up until onboarding * Handling a high volume of simultaneous vacancies * Updating databases and generating follow-up reports **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience in mass recruitment** * **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.** * Proven experience in social media recruitment * Experience using job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, etc.) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented mindset with focus on goal achievement **We Offer** * Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work model Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in 11540, Polanco III Sección, CDMX
