**Grupo Hersa is seeking a General Accountant in Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Industrial manufacturing company seeking: General Accountant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting with official degree certificate and professional license (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position Proficiency in Aspel, COI, NOI, and SAE accounting systems Key responsibilities: Review daily sales, payments, expenses, and purchase reports Daily reconciliation of cash registers (cash vs. receipts) Preparation of invoices and payment complements (familiarity with invoicing updates under CFDI 4.0); review of tax compliance requirements for both received and issued invoices Preparation of accounting journal entries (daily, income, and expense entries) Preparation of financial statements Calculation of monthly provisional tax payments, annual tax returns filed with the Tax Administration Service (SAT), and informative returns (including response to official requests) Support to the Finance Department (budgeting, quotations, preparation of corporate financial reports) Preparation of working papers for tax refund claims Validation and implementation of processes for obtaining data required for proper accounting records Coordination and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable Account cleansing Inventory control and cost of goods sold determination Calculation of monthly federal taxes (Income Tax and VAT) Knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) Work location: Atizapán de Zaragoza Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00 hrs.
