We are a leading biomedical-oriented company providing services in the Health Sector with over 20 years of experience, and we are looking for your talent as: **“Bid Support Assistant”** **Responsibilities:** * Consultation of the “Compras MX” portal. * Reading, analysis, and drafting of tender documentation. * Compilation of folders, envelopes, and documentation for tender submission. * Assisting in the submission of required documentation for goods. * Supporting contract recovery. * Sealing, numbering, and reviewing tender files and/or folders. * Physical and electronic archiving of documentation generated for each tender. **Requirements:** * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma. * Prior experience in hospital tenders is desirable. * Proficiency in Word and Excel. * Full-time availability. * Willingness to travel to locations within Mexico City (per diem provided). * Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec, near Petróleos fountain as reference. **We offer:** * Excellent work environment * Job stability * Statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance Apply through this channel.
