**Integrated Management System Assistant** **NASA 2000 Company** is seeking an **Integrated Management System Assistant**, specializing in the areas of **Safety, Quality, and Environment**. **Schedule:** \- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Location:** Address: Ocean Pacific Street #517, La Fe Neighborhood, https://maps.app.goo.gl/HZKVisfd1H2BYH7a8 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance of safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Maintain quality control over processes and products. * Conduct sampling, process testing, and recordkeeping for material/product release. * Coordinate and track nonconformance reports. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support staff training on safety, quality, and environmental topics. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, NOM 45001:2018, and NOM 14001:2015). * Maintain constant communication with internal departments and complete required forms accurately and on time. * Participate in problem resolution during working hours. * Availability to travel for projects as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed engineering degree in a related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality management systems or industrial safety. * Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015, NOM 45001:2018, and NOM 14001:2015 standards; quality tools; Microsoft Office proficiency. * Course: Safety Supervisor Certification. * Skills: Organization, teamwork, and use of measurement tools. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $14,000 to $17,000 * Statutory benefits * Immediate hiring * Free uniforms * On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
