Handling and cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment. Knowledge of Distintivo H guidelines. Washing, disinfection, and basic preparation of supplies. Main Responsibilities: Kitchen Support Basic food preparation. Washing, disinfection, and cutting of supplies. Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area. Service Line Support Distributing food to diners. Maintaining adequate supply and order in the service area. Replenishing food during service. Dishwashing Support Washing utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Organizing and cleaning the dishwashing area. Handling and storing utensils. Cleaning Support Cleaning the kitchen, dining area, and common areas. Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas. Assisting with scheduled cleanings. Compliance with Standards Adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Maintaining personal hygiene and wearing appropriate uniforms. Following Distintivo H guidelines.
