Your primary function will be to provide structure and visibility to the team’s work, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across all marketing fronts are properly organized and monitored. Key Responsibilities * Consolidate and maintain an up-to-date backlog of tasks and initiatives originating from various marketing capabilities, including Paid Media, Social Media, Design, SEO, Email Marketing (Adobe Campaign), and CRM. * Track daily progress of tasks and deliverables, verifying that activities have clearly assigned owners and defined delivery dates. * Keep project trackers, schedules, and status reports updated, primarily using Excel and PowerPoint. * Identify delays, risks, or blockers that may impact initiative delivery dates and promptly communicate them to the team. * Support coordination between internal marketing teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables. * Document agreements, meeting notes, and next steps, ensuring timely follow-up on defined actions. * Assist in preparing status reports, tracking presentations, and project reviews. * Ensure all ongoing initiatives across marketing channels remain organized, documented, and aligned with the project’s work plan. * Workload will be concentrated mainly during mornings, as much of the task tracking, tracker updates, and team coordination occurs at the start of the day. Required Skills * Strong organizational and task-tracking abilities. * Ability to manage multiple parallel activities with attention to detail. * Capacity to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Proactive attitude to identify pending items, follow up, and maintain project order. Technical Requirements * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel for task management, status tracking, and operational organization. * Proficiency in PowerPoint for structuring reports and tracking presentations. * Interest in or basic knowledge of digital marketing (paid media, social media, CRM, email marketing).
