Position Summary:
Supports the Operations Manager in personnel administration and coordination, optimizing time and facilitating information retrieval as well as supply of items/services.

**Temporary position due to maternity leave.**
**Main Responsibilities.**
Support the Operations Manager in ensuring proper functioning of their assigned personnel, following departmental guidelines to optimize time, facilitate information retrieval, and supply required items and/or services for staff.
**Responsibilities.**
Compliance and standardization of Oil \& Gas department procedures.
Maintain sequential control of documents such as OIS’s, OIV’s, and Service Reports.
Generation of documents including Purchase Requisitions, Minutes, CAS, Estimates, DOSSIERS, etc.
Travel allowance requests, airplane ticket requisitions.
Review and preparation of expense reports.
**Education Level**
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field (graduated or final-year student).
**Experience Level**
Minimum 1 year in Coordination and Administration.
**Required Knowledge for the Position:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Outlook.
Reading and writing skills.
English language knowledge.
