




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate payroll calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), and payment, in compliance with current legislation and internal company policies. Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations Payroll Analyst Job Objective: Execute and ensure accurate payroll calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), and payment for personnel, in accordance with current legislation and the company’s internal policies, guaranteeing compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. We Offer $14,000 to $16,000 net, depending on qualifications Weekly payment (Fridays) Statutory benefits Ongoing courses and training Opportunity for growth · Key Responsibilities: Calculate and process weekly payroll Timbre payroll receipts accurately and on time via COI/NOI system. Calculate final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments (liquidaciones) in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Generate reports for Income Tax (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and Unified Affiliation System (SUA). Process employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS. Submit transactions via SAT, INFONAVIT, and REPSE portals. Monitor INFONAVIT housing loans and FONACOT loans. Verify compliance with employer tax and labor obligations. Maintain up-to-date personnel labor files. Prepare payroll reports and indicators for audits and reviews. Support compliance and control of contracts registered in REPSE, where applicable. Requirements Education: Technical degree in Accounting or Administration; or completed/unfinished degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role handling payroll. Technical Knowledge: CONTPAQi COI and NOI systems (mandatory) Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR), Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo), IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations SAT portal (inquiries, electronic stamping, cancellations, CFDI 4.0) Calculation of final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments (liquidaciones) REPSE and subcontracting regulations Intermediate Excel proficiency Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Location: 5 minutes from Mexicaltzingo metro station (Golden Line), Prado Churubusco neighborhood, Coyoacán delegation.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Age: between 28 and 45 years Keywords: analyst
