




Position Summary: Support personnel administration and oversight of payroll administrative processes to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll and employer contributions in accordance with labor regulations. 2. Process and verify information for payroll preparation. 3. Provide support and resolve inquiries from internal staff. POSITION OBJECTIVE Support personnel administration, control, and supervision of all Human Resources administrative and payroll processes to guarantee accurate calculation and management of employee payments, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR), thereby minimizing legal and financial risks. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Process and verify the necessary information for payroll preparation. • Generate payroll and payment disbursement reports to maintain updated records. • Execute and disburse personnel incidents to ensure their proper integration. • Review and calculate benefits such as year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation premium (prima vacacional), profit-sharing (reparto de utilidades), among others. • Administer salary structures and pay scales to facilitate financial planning. • Manage payroll, employer contributions, Social Security, and FONACOT to comply with labor regulations. • Verify employee registrations, cancellations, and salary changes with IMSS to ensure appropriate processing. • Provide support and resolve inquiries from internal staff to maintain efficient service. • Generate journal entries to ensure accurate accounting information. • Perform calculations, tax reviews, and social security contribution assessments (SUA). • Draft official letters addressed to relevant institutions and/or internal clients. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. • Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree and/or recent graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Knowledge of IMSS, Federal Labor Law, FONACOT, and tax regulations. • Proficiency in various payroll software (e.g., Compaq). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
