Preservation and safeguarding of case files At Grupo Vimar—a corporate group comprised of various construction-sector companies—we seek a File Assistant with experience in document management and classification to join our team. Requirements: Minimum education: Completed high school. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. Minimum 2 years of experience in document safeguarding, classification, and control. Main Responsibilities: Validate customers' personal documents (INE, proof of address, RFC). Verify vehicle ownership documents (invoices and related procedures). Organize vehicle credit case files (contracts and annexes). Prepare and update document inventories. Classify, register, and archive physical and digital documents. Update customer- and operations-related databases. Provide support to Commercial, Collections, and Legal departments. Ensure preservation, safeguarding, and retrieval of case files. Participate in document cleansing processes per internal policies and regulatory requirements. Handle shipments and pickups via Estafeta.
