Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Is seeking: Position Title: Quality Assurance Inspector Education: High school diploma; technical degree in quality, industrial engineering, or related field (completed or incomplete) Age: 24 to 50 years Gender: No preference Experience: 2 years Marital status: No preference Languages: Basic to intermediate English Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays as required. Knowledge:  Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Proficiency in measuring equipment (dimensional metrology)  Conversions between millimeters–inches–millimeters  Standards and methodologies applicable to the metal-mechanical industry  Preparation of dimensional and administrative reports Responsibilities: \* Perform inspection and identification of raw materials according to procedure.  Perform inspection of parts during manufacturing process according to procedure.  Perform outgoing product inspection (where applicable).  Complete and maintain various logs including: incoming inspection, outgoing inspection, scrap, non-conformities, corrective actions, measuring equipment, etc.  Release products and perform corresponding transactions in the PROD system per procedure.  Verify that each shipment complies with established specifications, including dimensions, undamaged parts, correct labeling, packaging, packing, quantities, etc.  Issue internal quality certificates, which must be archived physically and electronically; when necessary, send them via email to customers. For formal validity, they must be signed by management.  Prepare and submit reports on time and as required.  If necessary, visit customers and/or suppliers to resolve various issues, and support documentation management, material handling, etc.  All of the above must be clearly and orderly recorded, both physically and electronically.  Address customer, supplier, and internal non-conformities from initiation through resolution.  Similarly, verify new molds, mandrels, dies, fixtures, templates, or any tool used in manufacturing our products; upon compliance, proceed with release and proper registration.  Maintain control of scrap generated during the manufacturing process.  Keep work areas, assigned common areas, and assigned furniture clean at all times.  Perform regular, effective, and careful maintenance of assigned measuring equipment.  The above responsibilities are not exhaustive.
