López Mateos - Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico** **JOIN OUR WORK TEAM!** Fleet Manager responsible for managing, controlling, and optimizing the use of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance and compliance with regulatory documentation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the daily operation of assigned vehicles to ensure efficiency and achievement of objectives. * Monitor and keep updated the vehicle fleet database (additions, removals, assignments, vehicle types, mileage, etc.). * Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding vehicle usage and custody. * Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective services for each vehicle, as well as supervise adherence to maintenance programs with internal or external repair shops. * Keep all vehicle documentation up to date: registration cards, insurance policies, inspections, licenses, permits, and tax payments. * Manage registrations, deregistrations, and renewals with relevant authorities (Secretariat of Mobility, Revenue Service, etc.). **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of supply chain management. * Fleet administration and automotive maintenance. * Fuel control and operational cost management. * Vehicle legislation and traffic regulations. * Budgetary control and performance indicator reporting. **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of BPM. * Knowledge of SGC. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organized. * Attention to detail. * Planning and analysis. * Results-oriented and cost reduction focus. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Decision-making and problem-solving skills. **ESSENTIAL:** Live near the work location.
