Potential for full-time employment with the company Support Intern Location: VALLEJO PLANT Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Stipend: $6500 MONTHLY GROSS Are you passionate about technology and seeking an opportunity to grow across various ICT domains? Join our team as an Intern and gain practical Technical Support experience! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for software installation, configuration, and updates on computer systems. Perform preventive maintenance on computers and printers (physical cleaning and general inspection). Assist in diagnosing basic faults in computer systems and telephony equipment. Deliver first-level technical support to users (on-site or remote). Collaborate on network cabling installation and organization. Log incidents and track support tickets. Assist with basic device configuration (email, printers, network, etc.). REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled student (final semesters) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Valid facultative insurance and up-to-date tax status certificate. Interest in technical support and IT problem resolution. Availability to work full-time shifts.
