REQUIREMENTS: Student pursuing a degree in Food Engineering (preferred), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (final semesters) Valid faculty insurance and tax status certificate Positive attitude, availability, and proactive mindset Monday to Friday, Part-time, Afternoon shift (1 PM to 5 PM) RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in conducting laboratory-level tests Shelf-life monitoring; perform pH, displacement, and Brix degree analyses Sensory evaluation of samples (assess flavor, odor, and appearance profiles of products) Support analysts in their daily activities Assist in shelf-life monitoring WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $3,300.00 MXN Completion of professional internships and/or acquisition of work experience Opportunity for development and learning.
