Our core principle is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join our Team!* **Experience in:** * 1\-3 years in restocking and replenishment operations within the retail channel (Walmart, self-service stores, or supermarkets); handling high volumes and working under store pace. * Experience coordinating with sales floor teams, warehouse staff, and account coordinators to ensure execution of activities at the point of sale (POS). **Technical knowledge:** * Restocking process, facing, shelf organization by SKU, and expiration date control. * Physical inventory counts and basic use of mobile registration tools or PDAs; recording incidents and managing stock levels in internal systems. * Knowledge of in-store safety and hygiene regulations, and proper handling of merchandise. * Availability to work during store hours and travel within the assigned zone. **Responsibilities:** * Execute restocking and product placement on the sales floor according to planograms and client priorities (Walmart), ensuring optimal visibility and proper rotation. * Verify expiration dates, packaging conditions, and remove non-conforming products for appropriate handling. * Record inventory movements and report shortages, overages, or incidents to the account coordinator and supervisor. * Support promotion execution and POP material deployment in accordance with client and company guidelines. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area; ensure compliance with display and safety standards. * Communicate progress, deviations, and replenishment needs promptly to guarantee service levels. * Assist with periodic inventories and basic goods receiving when applicable. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and adherence to processes. * Proactivity and teamwork with store departments and commercial coordinators. * Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in dynamic, variable-demand environments. * Clear and responsible communication when managing incidents. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Business or related field. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding legal requirements.* *Continuous training and internal development opportunities within the company.*
