Extensive career opportunities and benefits **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Fiduciary Analyst to join our team. **Your Responsibilities Include:** ---------------------------- * Record activities in the system to meet payment, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements. * Serve as the primary client contact for daily needs and respond to standard inquiries; escalate complex queries to senior team members. * Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and foster growth. * Participate in professional development meetings and activities to exchange opinions, ideas, and solutions. * Communicate with internal teams to resolve basic issues related to payments and collections. * Develop personal cash management processes and objectives using KPIs and system tools to support collection goals. * Generate simple reports and manage resolution of related incidents. * Contribute insights to enhance the operational model and processes, promoting technological solutions and designing systems to meet SLAs. * Collaborate with Global Claims Consultants on basic matters and in markets of moderate complexity to support service delivery. * Perform database cleaning, cross-referencing, and visualization to ensure data quality and enable effective portfolio management decision-making. **Requirements:** --------------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience managing databases and large volumes of information. * Advanced Excel skills, including macros, advanced formulas, and data cross-referencing. * Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Query (preferred). * Knowledge and application of programming in Python and SQL. * Professional degree in Accounting and Finance, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **What Sets You Apart:** ---------------------------- * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organized and structured approach to information management. * Effective communication skills for presenting results and findings. * Proactive identification and resolution of inconsistencies. * Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Adaptability and continuous learning mindset. **Why Join Our Team:** ------------------------------------ * We support you in becoming your best self through professional development opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and leaders who guide your growth. * We foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where you can work alongside talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and make a positive impact on clients and communities. * Our global scale enables diverse career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards that contribute to your overall well-being.
