WE ARE SEEKING **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** *JOB OBJECTIVE* Plan, coordinate, and execute human resource management processes focused on training, talent development, performance evaluation, and employee well-being, contributing to strengthening organizational culture and achieving the company’s strategic objectives. *REQUIREMENTS:* \- Age: 30 years or older \- Academic background: Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field \- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees \- Design and implement training, development, and performance evaluation programs \- Implement talent retention strategies and organizational climate improvement initiatives \- Monitor disciplinary procedures, terminations, and exit interviews \- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures \- Support occupational safety, well-being, and health management for employees *EMPLOYMENT OFFER:* \- Base salary: $25,000 GROSS \- Statutory benefits \- Grocery vouchers \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 \- $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): \* * What is your expected salary? \* * How many years of experience do you have as a Human Resources Manager?
