We are looking for a FLOOR MANAGER** **An American-style restaurant with over 37 years of experience — a 100% Mexican family-owned business — seeks a customer service-oriented Floor Manager eager to grow.** **What will you do?** * Plan the restaurant’s daily operations. * Create and manage staff schedules. * Supervise waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, cashiers, and bartenders. * Ensure compliance with restaurant standards and procedures. * Perform cash withdrawals, cash reconciliations, and unit closing. **What do we require?** * Supervisory experience (not mandatory). * Skills in personnel management, leadership, organization, and supervision. * Positive and proactive attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Residence near the restaurant location. **What do we offer?** * Salary: $10,000\. Weekly tips approximately $1,500.
