We are a technology- and people-focused company aiming to generate a positive impact on people’s lives through responsible lending. **What will you do in this role?** You will be the first point of contact for our customers, empathetically, efficiently, and clearly helping them resolve questions related to their credit. Your work will be essential to ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and well-served. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Handling inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding payments, GPS, billing, etc. * Conducting welcome and quality assurance calls with new customers. * Following up on GPS signal loss reports. * Sending proactive payment reminders via WhatsApp. **What are we looking for in you?** High school diploma, incomplete or completed undergraduate degree in Economics/Administration Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service within **banking, credit, or financial services** Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the credit industry (preferred) Proficiency with technological tools and multitasking **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $12,750 monthly gross * Performance-based variable bonus of up to 50% of your salary * 15 vacation days starting from the first year * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite A culture centered on customers, talent, and continuous improvement At Atria, we seek agile, organized individuals with a strong drive to grow.
