Dynamic and fun work environment At MrBoom, we seek a passionate, organized, and leadership-driven Kitchen Manager who ensures the quality, flavor, and presentation of our dishes, as well as the efficiency and discipline of the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and motivate kitchen staff. Design, improve, and standardize menus (snacks, main dishes, themed buffets, etc.). Manage inventory, costs, and ingredient utilization. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with current regulations. Ensure speed and quality in order fulfillment, coordinated with bar and service teams. Prepare consumption, waste, and procurement requirement reports. Train team members on techniques, best practices, and workplace discipline. Innovate with proposals that enhance the MrBoom experience. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Chef, or similar role. Knowledge of recipe costing, inventory control, and personnel management. Culinary education (preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated). Leadership, discipline, and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
