Job Summary: We are seeking a Promotions Supervisor to coordinate teams in retail, ensure achievement of sales targets, and prepare performance reports, including negotiation of display spaces. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate promoter teams in retail and self-service stores 2. Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) 3. Negotiate with retail stores to secure additional display spaces Promotions Supervisor for PDV Terminals Required Responsibilities: * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor promoter teams in retail and self-service stores. * Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare performance, sales, and attendance reports. * Negotiate with retail stores to secure additional display spaces Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Promoter Supervisor (mandatory) * Knowledge of technology or financial products. * Proficiency in tracking platforms. * Basic report writing and Excel skills. * Availability to travel within the Northwest area of CDMX.
