Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant Chemist to conduct physical inventory counts, monitor inventory levels, and support the supply chain in laboratories. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pharmaceutical product or laboratory inventory management 2. A degree in Clinical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry is mandatory 3. Support in the supply chain and inventory control Inventory Assistant Chemist – Visiting Multiple Laboratories • Full-time position: Monday to Friday • 9 AM – 6 PM (flexible hours available if operational needs require). • Work location: Various laboratories across CDMX — travel allowances provided. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct physical inventory counts at units and warehouses for inventory control and periodic replenishment. • Monitor and control inventory levels of supplies, reagents, and consumables. • Analyze consumption versus demand (billed sales) to ensure adequate supply. • Prepare monthly allocations based on unit requirements and demand analysis. • Generate and follow up on reports and incident logs. • Support the supply chain, from order fulfillment to staff training and service billing. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in inventory management (pharmaceutical products, hospitals, or laboratories) • Degree in Clinical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field (MANDATORY) • Proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of billing and collections Compensation • Gross monthly salary of $15,000 MXN • Statutory benefits. • Travel allowances and transportation reimbursement for visits to various branches.
