




Job Summary: Support human resources activities, including recruitment, training, file management, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment, selection, and organizational development experience. 2. Assistance in file management and administrative procedures. 3. Support in compliance with and tracking of ISO certifications. Location: Zumpango, State of Mexico. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We Offer: Biweekly salary, food vouchers, and statutory benefits. Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Required Experience: 1 year in similar positions. Essential Technical Knowledge: • Recruitment and selection, training, organizational development, payroll, KPIs, implementation of procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with and track activities related to ISO certification. * Process, monitor, and track ID badges and TIA. * Support and track the recruitment and selection process for personnel. * Organize and update personnel files. * Address questions and needs of interns and staff. * Track agreements for recruiting interns. * Register employees in the time clock system. * Design birthday, anniversary, and welcome flyers. * Process access permits.
