Location: Azcapotzalco (area near Fortuna Suburban Station) Available shifts: Morning shift: 07:00–15:00 Afternoon shift: 15:00–22:30 Night shift: 22:30–06:00 Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Job Objective Perform conservation and minor maintenance activities at assigned facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and optimal appearance of spaces. We Offer Net monthly salary: Morning shift: $13,000 Afternoon shift: $13,300 Night shift: $13,600 Statutory benefits from day one Complimentary uniform Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Job stability Opportunity for development Requirements Technical degree in Maintenance, Building Conservation, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in conservation maintenance Basic knowledge in: Minor masonry repairs (patching, finishing) Painting, sealing, and basic waterproofing Door, lock, and hardware repair Basic plumbing Light fixture replacement Reading work orders Safety standards (SSMA) and PPE usage Main Responsibilities Perform patching, painting, sealing, and basic waterproofing tasks Repair doors, locks, hinges, and accessories Address minor leaks and perform basic plumbing tasks Conduct minor maintenance on furniture and finishes Report findings and unsafe conditions Record evidence and work orders on the digital platform Support major operations and tasks as required. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 55 years Knowledge: Maintenance Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, maintenance, conservation, conservation, maintenance
