Logistics Operator Rio Valle is seeking its new: **HR Accounting Coordinator.** ***Objective:*** Ensure accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of payroll in compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as ensure proper administration of employee incidents, deductions, and benefits. ***Responsibilities:*** * Calculate and process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. * Record and validate incidents (absences, disabilities, bonuses, etc.). * Calculate severance payments, settlements, and benefits. * Generate and stamp payroll receipts (CFDI). * Determine income tax (ISR) and IMSS contributions. * Prepare payroll and accrual reports. * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS (IDSE). * Track vacations, vacation bonuses, and year-end bonuses (aguinaldo). * Address employee inquiries regarding payments. * Reconcile payroll with accounting records. * Perform duties related to the Human Resources and Organizational Development department. ***Additional Requirements:*** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll calculation. * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas). * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, and SAT portals. * Experience in companies with workforces of \+100 employees (preferred). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. ***The responsibilities listed are illustrative, not exhaustive.***
