**HY P APPRAISER.**
**Purpose of the Position:**
Conduct technical damage assessments on accident-involved vehicles, generate accurate budgets, coordinate authorizations with insurance companies, and ensure compliance with operational and administrative processes according to agency standards.
**Requirements:**
* **Age:** 21 years or older.
* **Education:** Preferred: Technical high school diploma in automotive mechanics, bodywork and painting; or incomplete university degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
* **Gender:** No preference.
* **Experience:** 2–3 years.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and meticulously document visible and hidden damage.
* Generate technical appraisals in authorized systems, accounting for labor, materials, and parts.
* Coordinate with insurance adjusters for budget review and authorization.
* Update repair orders based on findings during disassembly.
* Communicate any changes in budget or estimated repair time to the customer and advisor.
**Talent Profile**
**Experience in:**
* Appraisal methodologies.
* Reading and interpreting damage to bodywork, paint, and light mechanics.
* Vehicle safety and structural repair standards.
* Legal documentation of accidents and interaction with adjusters.
* **Audatex proficiency.**
* **Use of insurer platforms: Qualitas, El Águila Seguros, Chubb Seguros, GNP Seguros, Zurich México, and HDI Seguros México.**
