Position Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogy student for professional practice, focusing on curriculum design, instructor advisory support, and management of online learning platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum structure design for online courses 2. Pedagogical advisory support for instructors 3. Educational innovation and pedagogical project management We seek a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy to complete their internship or professional practice at our center, the Robotic Specialties and Industrial Applications Center, A.C. (CERAI). We specialize in delivering in-person training programs in industrial automation, and are currently developing an online platform to expand and optimize our training programs. To achieve this, we require pedagogical support in the following areas: * Curriculum structure design for online courses, with a pedagogical focus on active and participatory learning. * Pedagogical advisory support and mentoring for instructors in developing and implementing digital content. * Proficiency in using online learning platforms and educational technology tools. * Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and adaptability to technical and professional training environments. * Educational innovation and pedagogical project management in both in-person and virtual settings.
