Opportunity for professional growth within an experienced company. **At Maxiacero, our talent is the engine of success!** A 100% Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry, we are expanding our team by hiring an **experienced Warehouse Manager to plan, direct, and supervise receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch activities for steel products**, ensuring material integrity, space optimization, and on-time delivery to guarantee supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction. **What We Look For In You:** * Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse operations * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * Experience in inventory control, logistics management, and safety regulations **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** · Supervise incoming and outgoing materials, performing cyclic counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy. · Coordinate delivery routes and vehicle loading, ensuring that materials (beams, plates, pipes) are properly strapped and secured. · Ensure proper use of PPE, preventive maintenance of forklifts/traveling cranes, and warehouse organization (5S). · Support other departmental activities as directed by the manager. **What We Offer:** * Weekly net salary of $3,967.00. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, 15-day Christmas bonus, PV 25%) * Weekly variable bonus based on goal achievement. * Professional growth opportunities * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; half-day on Saturdays **Work Location:** Av.
